These Promotional Terms & Conditions (“Promo T&Cs”) apply to all special offers, discounts, promotional codes, and deals advertised by AMA Luxury Car. These terms supplement our standard Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

By using any promotional offer, you agree to these Promo T&Cs.

1. General Promotional Terms

1.1 Eligibility

Promotions are available to all customers meeting standard rental requirements
Must be 21+ years old with valid driver’s license
Some promotions may have specific eligibility criteria (new customers only, specific dates, etc.)

1.2 Promotional Period

Each promotion has a specific validity period
Offers are valid only during the advertised dates
Bookings must be made during the promotional period
Rental dates may extend beyond promotional period (unless stated otherwise)

1.3 Availability

Promotions subject to vehicle availability
Limited inventory applies to special rates
We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time
“While supplies last” or “First come, first served” applies

1.4 One Promotion Per Rental

Only one promotional code or discount per booking
Promotions cannot be combined with other offers
Cannot be combined with existing discounts or corporate rates
Exception: Long-term rental discounts may apply to promotional rates

2. Types of Promotions

2.1 Percentage Discounts

Examples: “Save 15% on 7+ Days” | “20% Off Luxury Cars”

Discount applies to base rental rate only
Does not include: insurance upgrades, fuel, extras, fees
Minimum rental period may apply
Specific vehicle categories may be excluded

2.2 Fixed Amount Discounts

Examples: “200 MAD Off Your Booking” | “500 MAD Discount”

Applied to total booking amount
Minimum rental value required (e.g., minimum 1,000 MAD booking)
Cannot reduce booking below minimum rental rate
One-time use per customer

2.3 Free Upgrades

Examples: “Free Upgrade to SUV” | “Complimentary Luxury Upgrade”

Subject to availability at pickup
Cannot choose specific upgraded vehicle model
If upgrade unavailable, no cash alternative provided
Must book base category to qualify

2.4 Free Extras

Examples: “Free GPS” | “Free Additional Driver” | “Free Child Seat”

Extras provided at no additional charge
Must be requested at time of booking
Subject to availability
Standard value applies if calculating refunds

2.5 Early Bird Discounts

Examples: “Book 30 Days in Advance – Save 10%”

Booking must be made X days before pickup date
Modification or cancellation may void discount
Standard cancellation policy applies

2.6 Last Minute Deals

Examples: “Same-Day Rental – Special Rate”

Booking and pickup must occur within specified timeframe
Limited to available inventory only
May not include all vehicle categories

2.7 Seasonal Promotions

Examples: “Summer Sale” | “Ramadan Special” | “Holiday Offer”

Valid during specific seasons or holidays
May have blackout dates (peak travel periods)
Advanced booking recommended

2.8 Long-Term Rental Discounts

Examples: “15% Off 7+ Days” | “Monthly Rate: 20% Discount”

Automatic discount for qualifying rental periods:
- 7-13 days: 10% off
- 14-29 days: 15% off
- 30+ days: 20% off (monthly rate)
May combine with select promotions (ask us)

2.9 Referral Discounts

Examples: “Refer a Friend – Get 200 MAD”

Both referrer and referee receive discount
Referee must be new customer
Discount applied after referee completes rental
No cash alternative

2.10 Loyalty Rewards

Examples: “5th Rental Free” | “Repeat Customer Discount”

Available to returning customers
Must have completed previous rentals without incidents
Tracked by email address or phone number
Cannot be retroactively applied

3. Promotional Codes

3.1 How to Use Promo Codes

Enter code during online booking process
Provide code when booking via phone or WhatsApp
Mention code at pickup (must be before signing contract)

3.2 Promo Code Format

Case-sensitive or case-insensitive (varies by code)
Must enter exactly as advertised
Expired codes will not be accepted

3.3 Promo Code Restrictions

One code per booking
Cannot be applied to existing bookings (must rebook)
Cannot be applied retroactively after rental completion
Non-transferable to other customers

3.4 Invalid Codes

If promo code doesn’t work:

Check expiration date
Verify correct spelling/format
Ensure you meet eligibility requirements

Conditions: Minimum 7 days rental, all vehicle categories

Discount: Free airport delivery (save 150 MAD)
Code: AIRPORT2026
Validity: Until December 31, 2026
Conditions: Pickup at Marrakech Menara Airport

🌴 Summer Escape

Discount: 20% off SUVs and 4×4
Code: SUMMER2026
Validity: June 1 – September 30, 2026
Conditions: SUV categories only, minimum 5 days

💍 Wedding Package

Offer: Luxury car + decoration + 10% discount
Code: WEDDING2026
Validity: Ongoing
Conditions: Luxury category only, minimum 1 day, 48h advance booking

🏔️ Atlas Adventure

Discount: Free GPS + 5% off 4×4 rentals
Code: ATLAS2026
Validity: Ongoing
Conditions: 4×4 vehicles, mention Atlas Mountains trip

5. Booking and Payment Terms

5.1 Promotional Bookings

Standard booking process applies
Promotional rate shown at checkout
Confirmation email includes promo details

5.2 Payment

Promotional rates must be paid in full or per standard policy
Security deposit requirements unchanged
Refunds calculated based on promotional rate paid

5.3 Price Matching

We do not price match other companies’ promotional rates
Our promotions are exclusive to AMA Luxury Car

6. Modifications and Cancellations

6.1 Modifying Promotional Bookings

Changes subject to availability at promotional rate
If promotion expired, new rate applies
Date changes may void promotional rate
Vehicle category changes: promotional rate may not apply

6.2 Cancellations

Standard cancellation policy applies (see main T&Cs)
Free cancellation 48+ hours before pickup
Promotional discounts included in refund calculation
No refund for no-shows

6.3 Promotional Rate Protection

If you booked at promotional rate, that rate is honored
Even if we discontinue the promotion later
Valid for your confirmed booking dates only

7. Exclusions and Limitations

7.1 What’s NOT Included in Promotions

Promotional discounts typically do NOT apply to:

❌ Security deposits
❌ Optional insurance upgrades (unless specified)
❌ Fuel
❌ Additional driver fees (unless specified)
❌ GPS rental (unless specified)
❌ Child seats or extras
❌ Delivery fees (unless specified)
❌ Traffic fines or tolls
❌ Late return fees
❌ Damage or cleaning fees

7.2 Blackout Dates

Some promotions may exclude:

Peak season dates (July-August)
Major holidays (Eid, Christmas, New Year)
Special events in Marrakech
Weekends (Friday-Sunday) – varies by promo

7.3 Vehicle Category Restrictions

Some promotions apply only to specific categories
Economy only / SUV only / Luxury only (as advertised)
Premium models (VW Touareg 2026, Porsche Macan) may be excluded from general promotions

8. Promotional Disputes

8.1 If Promotional Rate Not Applied

Provide booking reference and promo code
We will review and adjust if eligible
Must be reported before/at pickup

8.2 Rate Discrepancies

If advertised rate differs from booking rate, contact us
We reserve right to honor or correct pricing errors
Obvious pricing errors (e.g., $1/day) not honored

8.3 Resolution

All promotional disputes handled case-by-case
Management has final decision

9. Special Group and Corporate Rates

9.1 Group Bookings (3+ vehicles)

Discount: 5-10% off (based on quantity)

9.2 Corporate Accounts

Long-term agreements available

Commission-based partnerships available
Wholesale rates for bulk bookings

10. Terms & Conditions Compliance

10.1 Standard T&Cs Apply

All rental requirements from main Terms & Conditions apply
Age requirements: 21+ (25+ for luxury)
Valid license and documents required
Insurance and security deposit required

10.2 Violation of Terms

If you violate standard T&Cs, promotional benefits may be revoked
No refund for promotional discounts if rental terminated early due to violation

11. Marketing and Communications

11.1 Promotional Emails

By using promotions, you may receive future offers (opt-out available)
Frequency: 1-2 emails per month
Unsubscribe link in every email

11.2 SMS/WhatsApp Promotions

We may send promo offers via WhatsApp (if you contacted us)
Reply “STOP” to opt-out
Limited to 1-2 messages per month

11.3 Social Media Contests

Separate terms apply to social media giveaways
Winners announced publicly
Prizes non-transferable, no cash value

12. Legal and Limitations

12.1 Right to Modify or Cancel

We reserve the right to:

Modify promotional terms at any time
Cancel promotions with or without notice
Limit quantities or participation
Refuse promotional benefits if terms violated

12.2 No Cash Alternative

Promotional discounts have no cash value
Cannot be exchanged for cash or credit
Non-transferable to other customers

12.3 Liability

We are not liable for inability to use promotions due to technical issues
Promotional benefits provided “as is”
Our standard limitation of liability applies

12.4 Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to void promotions if fraud suspected
Multiple accounts to abuse promotions prohibited
Legal action may be taken for fraudulent use
