Introduction
Welcome to AMA Luxury Car. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your rental agreement with AMA Luxury Car, a car rental company registered and operating in Marrakech, Morocco. By booking or using our rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before making a reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions
- “We,” “Us,” “Our” refers to AMA Luxury Car
- “You,” “Customer,” “Renter” refers to the person booking and renting the vehicle
- “Vehicle” refers to the rental car and all its equipment
- “Rental Period” is the time between pickup and return
- “Additional Driver” is any authorized person other than the primary renter who will drive the vehicle
2. Eligibility Requirements
2.1 Minimum Age
- Minimum age: 21 years old
- Minimum license holding period: 1 year
- For luxury vehicles (Mercedes, Audi Q8, Range Rover Sport, Porsche Macan): 25 years old
- Young driver surcharge (ages 21-24): Additional fee applies
2.2 Valid Driver’s License
You must present:
- A valid driver’s license held for minimum 1 year
- International Driving Permit (IDP) if your license is not in French, English, or Arabic
- Passport or government-issued ID
2.3 Payment Method
- Valid credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Card must be in the primary renter’s name
- Sufficient funds for security deposit
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 How to Book

3.2 Booking Confirmation
- You will receive confirmation via email or WhatsApp
- Confirmation includes: vehicle details, rental dates, pricing, pickup location
- Keep confirmation number for pickup
3.3 Reservation Guarantee
- Reservations are guaranteed with advance payment or valid credit card
- We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings after 24 hours
- Specific vehicle models are subject to availability; we may provide similar category if needed
3.4 Pricing
- Prices are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD)
- Prices include: basic insurance (CDW), unlimited mileage, GPS navigation
- Prices exclude: fuel, additional insurance, additional drivers, toll fees, parking
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Methods
We accept:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Debit cards
- Cash (MAD, EUR, USD)
- Bank transfer (for long-term rentals)
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Online bookings: Full payment or 50% deposit required
- Walk-in rentals: Full payment required at pickup
- Long-term rentals (30+ days): Payment plans available
4.3 Security Deposit
- Economy/Compact cars: 3,000 MAD
- Mid-size/SUVs: 5,000 MAD
- Luxury/Premium SUVs: 10,000 MAD
- Deposit is held on credit/debit card or paid in cash
- Refunded within 3-7 business days after vehicle return (if no damage)
4.4 Additional Charges
The following may incur additional fees:
- Late return: 100 MAD per hour (over 1 hour grace period)
- Smoking in vehicle: 500 MAD cleaning fee
- Pet transport without authorization: 500 MAD
- Missing/damaged GPS or equipment: Replacement cost
- Traffic violations or parking tickets: Amount + 200 MAD admin fee
- Fuel refill service: Fuel cost + 150 MAD service fee
- Lost keys: 1,500 MAD replacement cost
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellation
- More than 48 hours before pickup: Full refund
- 24-48 hours before pickup: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund
- No-show: No refund
5.2 Modification of Reservation
- Free changes up to 48 hours before pickup
- Changes within 48 hours: Subject to availability and price difference
- Contact us via WhatsApp or phone to modify
5.3 Our Cancellation Rights
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if:
- You fail to provide required documents
- You do not meet eligibility requirements
- Payment authorization fails
- Vehicle becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control
- In case of our cancellation: Full refund provided
6. Vehicle Pickup
6.1 Pickup Locations
- Office: Bureau N°19 Bassatine Targa, Marrakech
- Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK): Free delivery
- Hotels/Riads in Marrakech: Free delivery
- Outside Marrakech: Additional delivery fee applies
6.2 Required Documents at Pickup
You must present:
- Valid driver’s license (+ IDP if applicable)
- Passport or ID card
- Credit/debit card for deposit
- Booking confirmation
6.3 Vehicle Inspection
- Inspect vehicle for existing damage before departure
- Report any issues immediately
- Sign Vehicle Inspection Checklist
- Take photos/videos for your records
- Fuel level will be documented (Full-to-Full policy)
6.4 Pickup Times
- Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily
- Airport pickup: 24/7 available (advance notice required)
- Late pickup without notice may result in cancellation
7. Vehicle Use and Restrictions
7.1 Permitted Use
The vehicle may only be used for:
- Legal personal or business purposes
- Driving on paved roads in Morocco
- Normal passenger transport
7.2 Prohibited Use
You must NOT:
- Drive under influence of alcohol or drugs
- Use vehicle for illegal activities
- Race, test, or participate in competitions
- Carry more passengers than vehicle capacity
- Transport hazardous materials
- Sublet or lend the vehicle to others
- Drive off-road (unless 4×4 specifically authorized)
- Smoke in the vehicle
- Transport pets without prior authorization
- Use vehicle as a taxi or ride-sharing service
7.3 Geographic Restrictions
- Driving within Morocco: Permitted with unlimited mileage
- Popular destinations: Marrakech, Essaouira, Casablanca, Agadir, Atlas Mountains, Sahara Desert
- Cross-border travel: Requires written permission and additional insurance (minimum 48 hours notice)
- Unauthorized cross-border travel voids insurance
7.4 Additional Drivers
- Additional drivers must be registered at pickup
- Must meet same age and license requirements
- First additional driver: Free
- Must present valid license and ID
- Unauthorized drivers void insurance coverage
8. Insurance Coverage
8.1 Included Insurance (CDW)
Standard rental includes:
- Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Covers vehicle damage
- Theft Protection (TP): Covers vehicle theft
- Third-Party Liability: Covers damage to third parties
- Excess/Deductible: Varies by vehicle category
Excess Amounts:
- Economy/Compact: 5,000 MAD
- Mid-size/SUV: 10,000 MAD
- Luxury/Premium: 20,000 MAD
8.2 Optional Insurance
- Super CDW: Reduces excess to 0 MAD (additional cost)
- Personal Accident Insurance (PAI): Covers driver/passengers
- Extended Roadside Assistance: Premium 24/7 support
8.3 Insurance Exclusions
Insurance does NOT cover:
- Damage caused by negligence or violation of terms
- Driving under influence of alcohol/drugs
- Tire, rim, windshield, or undercarriage damage (unless collision)
- Interior damage or stains
- Lost keys or personal belongings
- Unauthorized drivers
- Off-road driving damage
- Mechanical damage due to improper use
8.4 Accidents and Damage
In case of accident:
- Do not leave the scene
- Call us immediately: +212 7 72 14 90 17
- Contact police and obtain police report
- Document with photos
- Complete accident report form
- Do not admit fault or sign any documents without consulting us
Failure to report an accident voids insurance coverage.
9. Fuel Policy
9.1 Full-to-Full Policy
- Vehicle provided with full tank
- Return with full tank
- Refueling service available: Fuel cost + 150 MAD fee
9.2 Fuel Type
- Check fuel type on dashboard or rental agreement
- Wrong fuel type: You are responsible for repair costs
- Fuel prices in Morocco: Approximately 12-14 MAD/liter
10. Vehicle Return
10.1 Return Location
- Return to same pickup location (unless agreed otherwise)
- Different return location: Additional fee applies
10.2 Return Times
- Return during business hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- After-hours return: Arrange in advance (key drop-off available)
- Grace period: 1 hour (no charge)
- Late return: 100 MAD per hour after grace period
10.3 Return Inspection
- Vehicle inspected for damage
- Fuel level checked
- Interior cleanliness assessed
- Mileage recorded
- Return receipt provided
10.4 Early Return
- Early returns: No refund for unused days
- For long-term rentals (7+ days): Partial refund may apply (contact us)
11. Maintenance and Breakdowns
11.1 Regular Maintenance
- All vehicles are professionally maintained
- Report any mechanical issues immediately
- Do not attempt repairs yourself
11.2 Breakdowns
If vehicle breaks down due to mechanical failure:
- Call us: +212 7 72 14 90 17 (24/7)
- We provide free roadside assistance
- Replacement vehicle provided if repair takes over 2 hours
- No charge for mechanical breakdowns (not your fault)
11.3 Tires and Battery
- Flat tire: We provide roadside assistance (covered)
- Tire damage due to negligence: Your responsibility
- Battery issues: Contact us for assistance
12. Traffic Violations and Fines
12.1 Your Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- All traffic violations during rental period
- Parking tickets
- Toll fees
- Speed camera fines
12.2 Fines Processing
- Violations forwarded to us: 200 MAD admin fee + fine amount
- Payment deducted from security deposit or charged to card
- You will receive copy of violation notice
13. Personal Belongings
13.1 Your Responsibility
- We are not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicle
- Remove all items before return
- Check trunk, glove box, and under seats
13.2 Lost and Found
- Lost items: Contact us within 48 hours
- Items held for 30 days
- Shipping available at your expense
14. Data Protection and Privacy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We collect and use your data to:
- Process bookings and payments
- Verify identity and licenses
- Provide customer support
- Comply with legal obligations
15. Liability and Indemnification
15.1 Our Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- Our liability is limited to the rental amount paid
- We do not guarantee vehicle availability due to unforeseen circumstances
15.2 Your Liability
You are liable for:
- All damage to vehicle beyond normal wear
- Loss or theft of vehicle due to negligence
- All costs if insurance is voided due to term violations
- Third-party claims arising from your use of vehicle
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions or restrictions
- Civil unrest or terrorism
- Severe weather conditions
- Vehicle recalls or safety issues
In such cases, we will attempt to provide alternative solutions or full refund.
17. Dispute Resolution
17.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco.

18. General Provisions
18.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AMA Luxury Car.
18.2 Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes effective immediately upon posting on website.
18.3 Severability
If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions remain in effect.
18.4 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
18.5 Language
In case of translation discrepancies, the English version prevails.
